Bagelman was born on the 19th of June in the year “null”. He is well known for his passion for eating bagels, he simply loves them.

In his past life, Bagelman was just a citizen in Basiland, but due to his intense passion of bagels, Baseman has found him worthy and Bagelman had joined the Basis on the 20th of July in the year null+30. Bagelman had helped the entirety of Basiland from a famine one time by supplying everyone with one delicious bagel.

Due to his extreme success, Bagelman is considered to be irreplaceable. He had also assisted with the Basi intervention in the CM Invasion of London, organising supplies, weapons and transport for the Basi army. He helped the Basi forces at Greenwich by distracting a regiment of Counting Monkeys with his eponymous food.

Bagelman is not worshipped by the Basiland Citizens as that would be illegal, but they highly respect him for saving their butts many times with the power of Bagels. Bagelman is currently the rank of ‘Food truck guy’ in the Basi Army.

The Fable of the Bagel

Bagelman went to Basecity Primary School, he was a very bright (literally, he carried a torch with him) student and his favourite subject was lunch especially when the meal had some bagels in them. Before meeting Baseman, Bagelman had 1 best (and only) friend and he was called “Bagelman’s friend”, it was almost like they were destined to be friends!

Sadly one day his friend annoyed him when he stole Bagelman’s bagels and so Bagelman turned his friend into a bagel (this explains why Bagelman only had one friend). That was when he discovered his powers.

Biography

Early life

Bagelman attended the Basecity Primary School however not much is known about his early life. It was suggested by Bookman that Bagelman's parents were executed for supporting the Ban rebellion and that he was raised by his aunt.

At the age of 16, during a parade for Esabman's coronation as Prince of the Basis, Bagelman forgot to bow for the Prince and ate a bagel in his presence. Asa a result of this insult, Esabman ordered the teenager arrested and declared him to be executed without trial. The young Baseman, in alliance with the Burgers of Basecity and the nobility, pressed for Bagelman's release; however, when Esabman reacted by advising his father to arrest 7 influential Burgers of Basecity, Baseman lead a riot to free Bagelman. Subsequently, Bagelman and Baseman formed an intense friendship.

When Baseman became the first royal to attend university, Bagelman followed his friend to the University to take his degree in PPE. During his years at university, Bagelman zealously supported Baseman's ambitions and was present at Baseman's investiture as Duke of Baseford. Bagelman joined the Prince's Army after Baseman and Esabman's famous quarrel that resulted in the latter threatening to persecute Baseman. After both Bagelman and Baseman got their degree, they remained close friends. Bagelman served Baseman during the Third Acid-Base War but was injured at the Battle of Esabbane.

Career

This history of loyal servitude continued into Baseman's reign. Bagelman was invested with the second seat on the Council of Basis and with several important government positions. Along with Bassman, Bangman, Wedgeman and Bagman, he served as a general on all of Baseman's campaigns. Bagelman was particularly instrumental in Baseman's attempts to repress noble power.
